Step #1 - Taking Apart the Halo Loader

1. Carefully Remove Battery Cover and Battery
2. Carefully Remove the Six Body Screws
3. Open Lid & Pull Body Apart Evenly (Do Not Bend Screws)
4. Carefully remove press in Circuit Board.

Step #2- Removing Stock Halo Parts

1. Remove Screw holding the Stock Drive Cone
2. Remove Spring and Spring Cup from Shaft also remove "C" Clip be sure to keep the C-Clip.
3. Turn Drive Assembly over and remove Three Screws
4. Remove Gear Cover, be careful not to lose the Front Gear Pin
5. Remove Shaft & Gear - Remove C-Clip (Keep C-Clip), Bearings & Gear

Step #3 - Installing Shocktech Kit Parts

1. Pop out Bearing from bottom gear assembly and slide bearing over long flat side of shaft up to
the o-ring.
2. Install new shaft on the Drive Gear (Note: Collar on Gear will face bottom of the loader.) Install C-Clip.
3. Install shaft into drive cup and install C-Clip
4. Install Front Gear Pin and Gear
5. Install Drive Belt on Motor & Gear
6. Install Bottom Cover & 3 Screws
7. Turn Drive Cup over and Install Spring Cup and Spring
8. Install Drive Cone & Delrin Shaft Sleeve (Press until Flush on Top)
9. Pre-Load the Spring
10. Install Drive Cone Top Screw

Step #4 - Putting Back Together your Shocktech'd Loader

1. Install Circuit Board
2. Install Drive Assembly and Circuit Board into Left Side of Shell
(* Check routing of all wires to make sure you do not pinch any of them*)
3. Install Lid Hinge, Spring, and Lid
4. Install Right Side of Body - Once on Fully Install the 6 Body Screws
5. Install Rip Drive and C-Clip
6. Install Batteries and Cover
