1. You must send in the original certificate. It should be sent return receipt requested or adult signature required. 2. Make sure to include as much contact information as possible (your's). 3. Type or clearly print the list of product you would like to receive. Be as descriptive as possible. 4. Shipping is not free it will be backed out of the certificate value. 5. The certificates expiration date will be strictly adhered to.
At this time and for the foreseeable future, a prize certificate request for Shocktech Shockers must be for a Black w/ Silver Accent or Silver with Black Accent. Special Orders or custom colors will not be accepted. With our back order problem and the prize holders normal patience level, we have a recipe for disaster. It is not our intention to give away a $1,300.00 gun and have people complain on the internet because they dont have it in their hands 15 minutes after the order is placed. These are not off the shelf items, each one is pre-ordered and pre-configured several weeks, and in some cases several months in advance! You want other products, no problem!
