Shocktech, Inc. Warranty Policy

Shocktech, Inc. prides itself on bringing the pinnacle of craftsmanship to the game of paintball. Shocktech, Inc. warrants, to the original owner / purchaser that the product wholly manufactured by Shocktech, Inc. is free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use FOR LIFE.

This warranty covers products manufactured by Shocktech, Inc. and not products furnished to Shocktech, Inc. by outside vendors or other individual marker manufacturers, whether the product in question is an entire assembly or sub-assembly.

For the warranty to be effective, the customer must contact Shocktech, Inc. to obtain a return authorization number (do not send in the item without first receiving a RA#). Once an RA# is given, the original purchaser must return the item along wih the purchase receipt or copy thereof.

Shocktech, Inc. agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) any Shocktech, Inc. manufactured product.

This warranty does not cover o-rings, electronic components, springs, normal wear and tear of parts, any modifications made to the part by the consumer, scratches, nicks,or normal anodizing wear.

This warranty is null and void if it is determinded that the product has been abused, misused or malfunctions due to unauthorized repair, modifications or alterations.

On select Shocktech manufactured gun's you have the ability to receive parts that we've introduced for your specific gun after the time of purchase. The item must also come standard with the gun. We will provide these upgraded items at no charge.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must be the original owner.
2. We must have your warranty card on file.
3. The gun must be sent to us so we can perform the upgrade.
4. Shipping charges are extra.
5. There is no labor charge for the upgraded parts installations. Any other work will incur a labor charge.
6. The Shocktech Part to be upgraded will be provided free of charge.
7. If the gun has been modified away from Shocktech specifications, it may have to be brought back to specification prior to any upgrades.
8. Your old part will be kept as a core charge.
9. You may not send in a part and receive an upgrade version; we must have the entire gun
10. For a component to be considered an upgrade, it must enhance the performance of the marker and be specific to the marker.

Example#1: A Shocktech Shocker MSRP's for $1299.99 and we have an optional high efficiency mod that add's another $100.00 to the price tag. You don't get that free because it's not standard or OEM Equipment.

Example#2: A Shocktech regulator is not an upgrade because it is not specific to any one gun and must be ordered at the time of purchase.

Example #3: The back cap of a Shocker is specific but offers no performance difference, so this is not considered an upgrade.

You have the ability to purchase any upgrades we come out with that are specific to the Shocktech gun you purchased.

REQUIREMENTS:

6. The customer is to pay 50% of the retail value of the product. (based on m.s.r.p)
7. Your old part will be kept as a core charge.

1. You must send in the original certificate. It should be sent return receipt requested or adult signature required.

2. Make sure to include as much contact information as possible (your's).

3. Type or clearly print the list of product you would like to receive. Be as descriptive as possible.

4. Shipping is not free it will be backed out of the certificate value.

5. The certificates expiration date will be strictly adhered to.

At this time and for the foreseeable future, a prize certificate request for Shocktech Shockers must be for a Black w/ Silver Accent or Silver with Black Accent. Special Orders or custom colors will not be accepted. With our back order problem and the prize holders normal patience level, we have a recipe for disaster. It is not our intention to give away a $1,300.00 gun and have people complain on the internet because they dont have it in their hands 15 minutes after the order is placed. These are not off the shelf items, each one is pre-ordered and pre-configured several weeks, and in some cases several months in advance! You want other products, no problem!
